The Kneeguard Tahoe Zip A is TSG’s brand new edition of a tried and tested essential piece of bike protection. The pad sleeve, which has a vertical zip to make it easier to get fit and wear, is made from supportive stretchy neoprene fabric and is secured by a top Velcro 360° strap and bottom Velcro strap to keep the horseshoe shaped knee shield in place.
The shield has a two layer construction: A body-conforming soft cup forms around the knee and absorbs shocks while a thin hard cap directly on the foam prevents puncture wounds from pedals and stones. Maximized System Weight Capacity. In the case of cargo bikes, high total weights of over 200 kg are not uncommon. Conventional components are not always able to withstand these high loads. Ergotec has therefore designed special components that are specifically suitable for cargo use. These Level 6 components can be used on cargo bikes up to a max. permissible total weight (vehicle + rider + luggage) of up to 300 kg.
Lightweight, Durable, and Economical. Trekking Handlebar uses AL2014 T6 which is approximately 50% much better than AL6061 T6 especially in terms of strength and durability. In comparison to steel, titanium, and carbon fiber, aluminum alloys are much lighter and cheaper. For bicycles subject to heavy-duty use such as cargo bikes, e-bikes and rental bikes, ergotec handlebars are the ideal choice thanks to the excellent material properties.

Irrespective of whether you ride a mountain bike, an e-bike or a touring bike – you will always get the exact component with safety certification you need.
ergotec SAFETY LEVEL is a safety classification for steering systems and seatposts on bicycles. ergotec products have a SAFETY LEVEL of 1 to 6. The higher the level, the greater the safety. Each level has their suggested bike activity, from city to cargo.
All handlebars and stems are subjected to hard long-term testing individually and in combination. The same applies for seatposts. This testing is carried out in accordance with European testing standards or even higher demands.

Fitting your BikeParkaEach BikeParka adjusts to sit slightly differently on each bike to allow for different sized frames, handle bars and seat heights. To fit BikeParka to your bicycle, simply put the cover under the front wheel and pull it back over your bike. You can then adjust the toggle on top to take up extra slack left or right.
The Stuff SacGrab a corner of the BikeParka and literally start stuffing it into the bag. If you try to fold it first, it will end up with air pockets. No need to try and be tidy!
Care over timeOur fabric has been engineered with the highest possible UV protection, but for maximum performance and long-standing wear try and avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight, especially in summer. We would recommend regular rotation of your BikeParka to maximise its longevity.
