Author Biography

Ashley Belote, author-illustrator of Listen Up, Louella and The Me Tree, still has her favorite childhood teddy bear, named Winston. As a kid, she took him everywhere, including into the backyard to make mud pies. Inspired by those experiences, Ashley now spends her time making picture books that she hopes bring grins and giggles to readers
