For the Gravity Asian Fit we took the low and snug-fitted shell of the traditional Gravity helmet, increased the size and changed the shape to make it suitable for rounder and larger head shapes. It features a tough skate-style hardshell construction, which securely protects all the useful bits of your noggin. The design curves anatomically around the head for a great fit and tailored wearing comfort.

MAXIMUM PROTECTION: Hardshell helmets are constructed from ABS or PP plastic. This outer shell gets bonded to the EPS core for a two-piece construction that provides high durability and ultimate high-impact protection. The design is with accordance to ASTM 2040, US-American snow sports helmet standard.
TUNED FIT: The Tuned Fit System allows a rider to dial in their fit using different thickness pads on the interior of the helmet. Our helmets always come with two sizes of pads. Each size comes in a different color which makes it easy to determine the right pads to fit the helmet to the head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these included pads. For example, if necessary, the slightly thicker pads can be mounted on the back of the head and the pad for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
SNUG, LOW FIT: The helmet features the Snug Fit technology, which is designed to follow exactly the curves of the human head shape and achieve a so-called contact ring in the helmet, allowing the head to touch the helmet all around. his provides a wobble-free experience during jumps and other tricks. How green is the Eco Rider Deluxe set?
The Eco Rider Deluxe set contains both the world's first FSC certified bike product, the Bicycle Brush.
The Green Clean famously has a reclaimed fizzy drinks cap on the top, and all the 100ml bottles inside are made from 100% recycled plastic. None of the products contain PTFE or petrochemicals.
We therefore don't use PTFE or petrochemicals, only natural ingredients.
All the products are totally biodegradable.
The tub used is now made of recycled plastic. Though ironically its difficult to recycle - only some councils recycle polypropylene - so you can re-use instead, or grow seeds in it!

It lights your way even on the darkest trail. With the BUSTER 1100 HL you always ride in the light thanks to the innovative double lens. The two LEDs of your helmet light form a great light pattern, with an extremely powerful 1100 lumens and a light range of 165 meters you are never in the dark. Thanks to the six light modes, the light intensity can be reduced so that the environmentally friendly lithium-ion battery lasts up to 50 hours. The memory function ensures that the BUSTER 1100 HL lights up again in your preferred mode the next time you switch it on.
SIX LIGHT MODES FOR OPTIMAL SETTING. The BUSTER 1100 HL has six different light modes and is suited to all lighting conditions. In High mode, the BUSTER can operate at 1,100 lumens for up to two hours, illuminating the darkest corners. Mid mode gives the biker 2.5 hours of at least 800 lumens for his tour. In Low mode, the BUSTER 1100 HL reliably provides five hours 400 lumens of light. In Eco mode, it can deliver 150 lumens for up to 16 hours for long rides. The 31 x 41 mm display has room for large numbers that are very easy to read during a ride. Especially practical is the BC 12.0 WL backlight, so the values can be read easily even when it is dark.
WEATHERPROOF, WITH LONG BATTERY LIFE: The BC 12.0 WL is water-resistant and weatherproof. The integrated, replaceable button battery (CR 2032) is sufficient to supply the BC 12.0 WL with energy for well over two years. During battery replacement, all total values and settings remain protected. The pre-defined tire sizes, ranging from a small child's bike to a 29" bike, make it easy to set the BC 12.0 WL. You can also enter the tire circumference exactly to the millimeter.
QUICK MOUNTING & EASY OPERATION: The BC 12.0 WL's handlebar bracket and speed sensor can be mounted quickly on the bike with cable ties (included). The bike computer is convenient to remove and store at any time. The wireless bike speedometer can be operated easily and intuitively with its three buttons. The two lower buttons allow convenient toggling among individual functions. The menu button takes the user to the settings and monthly statistics.
VARIABLE MOUNTING OPTIONS: The BC 12.0 can also be used with the SIGMA OVERCLAMP BUTLER or LONG BUTLER handlebar bracket, available separately as accessories for handlebars with diameters of 25.4 or 31.8 mm. Current speed is displayed continuously, and any value can be chosen as the second value. Slim design and angular shape look good, especially on a sporty bike.
Those travelling outdoors want to know what the weather will be like. The BC 12.0 WL has an integrated thermometer displaying the current temperature. The wireless bike computer shows cyclists their personal statistics for the past twelve months. Total distance and trip time can be viewed. This “training diary” allows comparison of monthly activity.
The BC 12.0 WL can easily be mounted on a second bike, whether that bike be a road bike, city bike, or racing bike. After it is set up once, the BC 12.0 automatically detects which bike is being used. All that is needed to mount the bike computer on a second bike is a second bracket and transmitter.

EP-Cargo is the ideal choice for transport and cargo bikes, both in the commercial sector and for daily continuous use. With its excellent combination of robustness, durability and ergonomics, it perfectly meets all requirements.
The EP Cargo pedal is extremely durable and designed for daily use. It withstands heavy loads and stays in top shape even in frequent use. The ergonomic design with concave tread provides maximum comfort and increases efficiency, while the internal guide rails avoid contact between the foot and the pedal crank. The diamond surface with pins grants a secure grip, preventing slipping off the pedal.
EP-Cargo, which is classified as a medical product, proves that ergonomic components reduce potential discomfort when cycling. With their inner guide rails they help to prevent contact between the foot and the pedal crank. Numbness and foot pain can therefore be avoided or reduced. The increase in efficiency and comfort is directly noticeable, just like with ergonomic handlebar grips. The foot finds its ideal position on the large, anatomically shaped, non-slip tread surface.
In the case of cargo bikes, high total weights of over 200 kg are not uncommon. Conventional components are not always able to withstand these high loads. ergotec has therefore designed special components that are specifically suitable for cargo use, and EP-Cargo is one of those. The Level 6 components can be used on cargo bikes up to a max. permissible total weight (vehicle + rider + luggage) of up to 300 kg.

The stem has an ergotec Safety Level 6, which means that it can be used on city and trekking bikes up to a maximum total weight of 180 kg (rider, bike and luggage). The ergotec Safety Level always refers to the entire steering system. If the stem and the handlebar have different safety levels, the lower value applies to the entire system.

ergotec SAFETY LEVEL is a safety classification for steering systems and seatposts on bicycles. ergotec products have a SAFETY LEVEL of 1 to 6. The higher the level, the greater the safety. Each level has their suggested bike activity, from city to cargo.
All handlebars and stems are subjected to hard long-term testing individually and in combination. The same applies for seatposts. This testing is carried out in accordance with European testing standards or even higher demands.
