As the seasons change, so does our Earthtones espresso, highlighting the very best single origin coffees throughout the year. We’re looking for coffees that are balanced and sweet, delicious with milk, but with enough complexity to be enjoyed black. Earthtones can be enjoyed as both filter and espresso.   This season Earthtones is made up of  washed Colombian.       Process: Washed Tasting Notes: chocolate, toffee, & orange zest We recommend the following recipes as a starting point:   Espresso Dose: 20 grams Brew temperature: 201ºF-202ºF/94ºC-94.5ºC Brew time: 28-33 sec Brew Ratio: 1:2 Brew weight:  40 grams     Pour Over  Dose: 24 grams Brew temperature: 201ºF-203ºF/94ºC-94.5ºC Brew time: 3Min-4Min Brew weight: 350g of water
