Australian one-man band Nekrasov continues to orbit between the two poles of Power Electronics and Black Metal, but the singular focus on otherworldliness remains consistent, and while the experience is challenging to the utmost, it is also ultimately rewarding.
For over 20 years, Nekrasov has managed to produce a furious and manic sound while experimenting with a broad spectrum of avant-garde techniques beginning with his first release, Into The No-Man's Sphere Of The Ancient Days in 2007. Wildspeaker is a Blackened Crust band from Dallas, Texas. The lineup consists of vocalist Natalie Kahan, guitarists Nelson Favela and Zak Pitts, bassist Garry Brents (Cara Neir), and drummer Ricky Rivera. Wildspeaker™s sound is heavily influenced by early Crust Punk, Black Metal, and Grind. Thematically and lyrically the band focuses on the resilience of nature and downfall of human civilization.

˜Remains™ tells the true horror story of the devil™s destruction of their hometown of Horndal in the 1970™s. A small, industrial centre found amongst the woods of Sweden - the steel mill which was the lifeblood of the community was threatened with closure. This was dramatised in protest as social allegory and depicted the devil casting his shadow over the town to send their exploited workers to an early grave. Sadly, the story came true¦the livelihood of the people was indeed closed down and the town was left for dead. Long live Horndal.
This debut album follows on from their warmly received debut EP, which they recorded with the legendary Steve Albini (Big Black / Shellac). Leading into the new record, HORNDAL have played across Scandinavia with the likes of The Bronx and Victims, amongst others.

Formed in 2009, the Swiss group SCHAMMASCH combines a forward approach to modern black metal, articulating their extreme roots with doom-laden atmospherics dredged with Hermetic mysticism. The band, whose name derives from Babylonian sun god Samaš, signed to Prosthetic in 2014 to release "Contradiction," which Metal Hammer lauded as "one of the most overwhelming albums of the year...cerebral and utterly absorbing." Now, Prosthetic proudly reissues SCHAMMASCH's 2010 debut opus "Sic Lvceat Lvx," which translates from Latin to "Let the Light Shine." Consisting of seven hypnotic, cinematic tracks, the album -- which, until now, has only been available as a limited-edition CD release in select European countries -- has been freshly remastered by V.
